When do entries close?
Digital Entries must be sent to digitals@bmpg.org.au by midnight on the Thursday before the exhibition meeting.
Prints must be displayed in the hall on our stands before the meeting begins. They must be matted and displayed with an entry number. Entry numbers are available from a box near the sign on table.
Is all the entry information in the By-Laws?
The By-Laws contain the most accurate information about entering images. If any rules about exhibition entries are changed by the committee, they will be published in the By-Laws. The By-Laws document will be dated.
Where can I get some support?
Please ask one of the committee on club nights or email president@bmpg.org.au or info@bmpg.org.au and we will do our best to give you a hand.
We have a small number of precut mats available to buy at a good price. Please ask about this before the exhibition night and we can help you.
We have an excellent library and our librarian brings a selection along to club nights for you to borrow. Please ask if there is something specific you are looking for.
